Missing stanza-id when message was in offline storage. (#1139)

When message was delivered to entity from offline storage, it was no contains <stanza-id xmlns="urn:xmpp:sid:0"> element.

I've found an issue in the code, fixed it and tested on local installation. Fix should be deployed on Monday at tigase.org.
