Add possibility to extend MAM to MAM:2 (#1102)

For MIX support it might be required to have support for MAM:2. It would be good to have API modified to make it possible to implement MAM:2.

@wojtek, In my opinion, those changes in the API which I've made should not break API compatibility. Could you check those changes and confirm that those changes could fix in 8.1.0-SNAPSHOT? If not, I'll move them to 9.0.0-SNAPSHOT.

I checked the changes (up to c5461a0a55592a197eea0db508241d44be08ba58) and those are not breaking changes and can go into 8.1.0-SNAPSHOT.

We are having an issue with forwarding stanza_id (stable_id) between cluster nodes

No, we left it for 8.2.0 as there were additional changes and we decided not to put that in 8.1.0 and left it for 8.2.0 and MIX.
