Push processor was moved to Tigase XMPP Server. I still need to move documentation for the processor and rewrite extended version of a Push processor (supporting sending notifications when the user is XA/Away) to Tigase XMPP Server project.

I think that now everything is moved. I've added a code which will update the ​config file to upgrade configuration from the old form to the new one (the one expected after refactoring).

I included a couple of comments/questions in github. If you are ok with them we can close it.

Btw. don't use + for monospace as they changed it - use backtick (as in markdown): https://asciidoctor.org/docs/migration/#legacy-syntax
