I was unable to deploy the tigase-server as a jar to run on the server (#1019)

When I run the mvn-pdist clean install command, I get an error when I run the java-jar jar

Tigase XMPP Server have two dependencies:

tigase-utils

tigase-xmltools

They both need to be included in the classpath when executing tigase-server.jar
