Our Jingle implementation works but in Martin (previously TigaseSwift) were some fixes and improvements that should be moved to Halcyon to improve this Jingle implementation.

Most of the implementation was tested and bugfixed during work on Tygrys #tygrys/tygrys#225 VoIP support for Android client. It needs to be verified during work on iOS client to confirm that it works properly, however I expect that most of the work is done.
