Add support for archiving metadata for file transfers (#58)

	Bartosz Małkowski opened 3 years ago It would be good to be able to search files shared with the user (or shared by the user) in the conversations (1-1, MIX). For old OOB file transfer, we should archive at least the URL of the shared file, while for XEP-0385: SIMS we could archive and query using sent metadata.
