Automated private vCard push (#35)

We talked about this over email.

What we need is to set the private vcard node configuration to send notifications to all contacts every time when the vcard is changed.

I think it should be implemented in client code. Is is not standard XMPP stuff.

@kobit Do we need that? I think usage of private pubsub node (as already done in Beagle/SIskin) would be enough.
