Current implementation of XEP-0198: Stream Management is not working properly and counter of stanzas sent and received do not match counters on the server side.

I've reimplemented Stream Management support by changing async processing to synchronous processing and made state (counters) changes atomic.

Now, counters matches counters on the server side.
