I've reimplemented Stream Management support by changing async processing to synchronous processing and made state (counters) changes atomic. Now, counters matches counters on the server side. |

Current implementation of XEP-0198: Stream Management is not working properly and counter of stanzas sent and received do not match counters on the server side.
