Client keeps trying to resume session infinitely (#40)

When Stream Management resumption is activated and it has a location for a resumption set, then XMPP client keeps trying to reconnect to that host infinitely, even though this host may be unavailable any more.

I've found out that this location is used every time and decided to disable resumption after first reconnection attempt which fails due to DNS resolution of TCP connectivity issues.
