Right now a lot of data is stored in the application log, ie. whole stanzas which were exchange during that period. It would be good to reduce this size but truncating cdata in logged stanzas to first 100 chars.

The large size of logs makes usage of XCode for debugging difficult as it uses a lot of CPU power to render application output.
