Implement RosterModule, RosterStore, etc..

Implementation is done.

I'm keeping task open until I will verify it works properly, however initial tests passed.

After tests using mobile client using this library I fixed few issues and after that all works correctly.

Checked by using in Tigase iOS Messenger and works fine
