Update support for XEP-0424 and XEP-0425 (#163)

XEP-0424: Message Retraction and XEP-0425: Moderated Message Retraction were modified and namespace was updated (bumped).

Due to that our implementation is not complaint with current versions of those XEPs and should be updated to support a new version while (for now) keep compatibility with older version if possible.

Implementation was updated and code in Beagle IM and Siskin IM adjusted to properly work after those changes.

Support for the XEPs contains a fallback (sends new and old version of the request and acts on new and old version of the received retraction).
