Update layout and theme for Sure.IM (#43)

Sure.IM layout needs to be updated so we could add new tabs available for users with permissions (administrators, vhosts owners). This new tabs would be present ie. monitoring and server management features available.

This new layout and theme should match or comply theme from #1752 which would be our default theme.

Current version of Sure.IM already contains updated theme and layout and it was done in this task before task #1752 was started so it is not 100% matching default theme created in #1752 but it matches more or less new theme.

Should we once again update theme of Sure.IM to match theme from #1752? As I looked at theme from #1752 it may be difficult to make Sure.IM fully match default theme.

Ok, it does not have to match 100%. I went through the web client and looked at the new tabs, especially management and configuration. Looks very, very good to me. Good work.
