Postings (#18)

	Artur Hefczyc opened 1 decade ago Posting articles, announcements, notices, whatever we call it. I guess we might want to do it via PubSub if possible. Otherwise we have to find a way to do it through XMPP. Posting visibility - public, contact list only, maybe selected groups?
