This is maybe not so critical but to make it consistent with the create account screen, let's make following changes:

1. Current field: User JabberID replace with User name

2. Next is the Server name field with drop-down list with following items: sure.im, jabber.me, tigase.im, other...

3. Next is the Password

4. Next is Client description (resource) with default value: Tigase Messenger

5. Next is Other server name

6. Next we can have optionally some kind of separator if possible - thin line or something

7. Next is Optional server address

8. Next is Optional nickname
