Account registration for sure.im (#82)

If sure.im domain is selected, there should be a new option showing - checkbox for "Register a new account". If selected the client should try to register a new account on the server for given account details. Otherwise, the client assumes the account is already registered and tries to authenticate.

For other domains: jabber.me or tigase.im instead of a checkbox with "Register a new account", the client should display text:

"New account registration possible online at address:

Jabber.ME for jabber.me domain
Tigase.IM for tigase.im domain

Account creation worked very well, however, it allows to select tigase.im or jabber.me as a domain on the account creation screen and enter all the data. These two domains should be removed.

Of course on the Login screen you can select all of them, just the new account screen should contain only one domain in the drop down list.
