No icon in notification area when offline (#61)

	Bartosz Małkowski commented 1 decade ago This is correct behaviour. If you +manually+ disconnect, then icon disapears. Manual disconnect is (almost) equals to kill application.
	Artur Hefczyc commented 1 decade ago "almost" makes a big difference ;-) I opt for making it visible always if it is seen to "always show" in the config.
