This is a potentially paid function.

The idea behind this feature is to allow users to create (register) an account within own domain. So they basically invent a domain name, run it through our checker to make sure it is available and then they can register the domain and account within the domain.

There will be an option to make the domain public which means domain registration in a public DNS which involves payment for the domain registration.
