Application will start after installation, and when (from some purposes) service isn't running at this time, but it was running.
For example: user connected client to server, then new version will be installed. In this case Messenger will start automatically.
If user is logged off, then after installation Messenger will not start.

After the client installation "autostart" should be set to true by default, and application should automatically start by default after installation.
