Problem seems to disappear after removing resource part from the JID in the configuration... |

This happened quite a few times already. The error displayed in the notification is: Connection error: connect failed: ETIMEDOU.. |

Another error caught: Connection error: getaddinfo failed: EAI_NO.. |
|
It seems resolved by design. |

Even though there is no problem with the connection TMM disconnects with the status "No network" in the notification area yet the in-application buttons relate to the connected state (i.e. there is a "Disconnect" button and the status icon is green)
