Current cloud messaging doesn't works on Oreo (#253)

Google changed a lot of things in Android Oreo. Messenger is not able to start PUSH Notification Listener on boot. It has to be rewritten and adjusted to new firebase-messaging API and Android Oreo.

I updated our code to changes in Firebase Push Notifications. I also improved notifications display and adjusted it to changes in Oreo. I hope everything works now, unfortunately I cannot test Messenger on Oreo.
