Prepare for release and release Tigase Mobile Messenger 2.0 (#178)

Some time ago we were working on new version of Tigase Mobile Messenger 2.0.

As far as I remember we were close to releasing this version - application works with minor issues.

Please create new build and check if it is ready for testing and releasing. If it is ok then prepare release.

Because of too much changes in SDK, compiler, librariers (how the hell they versioning it?), I can't build Messenger.

Time I would have to spend on adjusting old Messenger to changes in SDK I prefer to use for create Material Design UI.

So what are the plans for releasing a new version of the messenger? What is the earliest date we can have a new version available?

I two weeks I want to release alpha version.

Code of released Messenger 1.6 is moved to gradle (so it can be open in Idea or Android Studio) and located in branch @stable@.

Not released Messenger 2.0 is also converted to gradle and located in branch dev-2.0
