Looks good, however would be better if after selecting 'other' the server field would be also automatically filed out with the domain from the JID |

go to sign-in screen
enter username in a form of a JID (i.e. with a domainname)
above should yield automatic selection of entered domain from below dropdown or selection "other" and automatic filling out "server" field
