Display chats with unread messages in bold (#96)

IMHO majority of the applications (web, native/email,IM) displays unread messages in bold. We could adapt same formatting.

Displaying in bold contact name should be sufficient. Or we would try to include blue dot (like other Apple applications) to mark un-read items.

I've changed how chats are displayed. As you suggested I've made chat name bold if it has unread messages. I've considered making message text bold as well to get users focus, but it limited number of chars displayed and while it was not looking ok, so I've reverted to usage of only bold chat name for chats with unread messages.

New build 3.1b1 is now released in TestFlight and it contains this change.
