Subscribe to new contact presence display bug (#66)

The option Subscribe to new contact presence causes it's toggle to be cut off the screen.

I've fixed this issue with the layout of a row by changing the layout a little bit and renaming setting to make it fit on small screen devices in one row.

Fix will be part of a next build (no. 8? if I'm correct)
