Room creation was failing as Siskin tries to create a room by setting configuration that results in an error on Openfire if room doesn't exist.

Due to that, I've added a workaround, to join and retry to set configuration for the room.

As for leaving the room, there was an issue with bookmarks management. On Openfire, bookmarks were not sent to Siskin, as a result it failed to switch conference bookmark autojoin to false, what resulted in leaving room failure.

The issue was addressed by fixing bookmarks delivery issue and additionally, skip setting autojoin to fails if bookmark is missing.
