Impossible to delete an account using push notifications for a shutdown XMPP server. (#598)

Recently an XMPP server I use chose to go permanently offline and I had not removed the account in Siskin IM before this happened. When opening Siskin IM and attempting to delete the account, I am given a notice saying: "...[push notifications] must be disabled before account can be removed and it is not possible at this time..."

The issue was resolved in the version 7.4.0-b2 that is available for testing using TestFlight.
