Cannot turn off notifications from unknown on iPhone (#595)

I am trying to turn off notifications from unknown but it turns ON back when I leave settings page. I am attaching 3 screenshots.

Both notifications and notifications from unknown is ON
Then I turn off notifications from unknown, but when I go beak to the notifications configuration it is back ON
Even if I turn both switches to OFF position, notifications from unknown is switched back to ON position

Due to a number of spam I receive, now notifications is kind of useless to me because I receive hundreds of notifications a day.

Even with Push notifications turned OFF I am still receiving hundreds of notifications on the iPhone Lock Screen.

This happens on iPhone only, on my iPad it works as expected. I can turn off notifications from unknown and I do not get unwanted notifications

I've tried to replicate the issue but I was unable to do so on the new version that is awaiting to be released in TestFlight. This part of the app was heavily modified, so most likely the issue was resolved.

I'll review other issues if there is nothing blocking release of a new build of a new version to TestFlight and will try to push the release of the new version forward.

I've released a new beta build using TestFlight on which I've confirmed that I was unable to replicate this issue any more.

Please note that new build has a lot of changes and improvements so it may happen to be unstable. I have not experienced any major issues in the previous build and this one contains only small fixes but your experience may be different if you would use different features.
