Can't set avatar: nothing occurs (#561)

Describe the bug When my contact try to set avatar, goes to settings and tap in "cambiar avatar" (spanish translation for set avatar) and nothing occurs, no error messages, no warning.

Expected behavior Some kind of screen showing images to select

Siskin Version: 7.3
Branch: stock, from app store
iOS version 15.6.1
iPhone model 13

This method shows "menu" with options to let user decide if he wants to take a new picture or use existing one from "Photos".

I've tried to replicate the issue and was unable to get any error - it worked every time, so it is hard to tell what is wrong in this case. There is no code which could lead to the issue like that, unless iOS decided not to open this menu ("action sheet").

Perhaps an iOS setting?, I know very little about iOS, It's a family member's device. I'll try to check iOS settings.

Yesterday I could check this iPhone, I couldn't find anything like permissions for apps like in Android. The Gallery is connected to iCloud, I don´t know if that maybe a clue.
