Push notifications not working after iOS reboot (#530)

Describe the bug I noticed that push notifications are not working after a device restart. I have to manually open the app once, then the notifications are working again.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Restart your iOS device
Send a message - no push notifications until the the app is manually started

Expected behavior Push notifications should be displayed even after a device reboot.

Details (please complete the following information):

Siskin Version: 7.0.1
iOS version 14.x & 15.x
iPhone model 8

There is a fix for many push notifications related waiting for a next version release and most likely will fix that as well.

Could you please check if you have push notifications actually enabled in Siskin IM settings? We have seen issues with that in recent builds.

Thanks for your response. Yes, push notifications are enabled. I'm looking forward to the new version.
