Error messages are shown twice when using prosody server (#448)

Send a message to xmpp:reject@yax.im which sends an error reply with the text "Error handling test". The error is shown twice from reject@yax.im and additionally shown as "Error: Unknown error" from yourself (martin@mdosch.de in my case) maybe caused by carbon copies.

Expected behavior See the actual error message once from reject@yax.im and no error message from martin@mdosch.de.
