Avatars not set for multiple accounts (#42)

If no (vcard) avatar is set while using multiple accounts, only one tigase icon will show in the accounts view and any other accounts will show no avatar/icon.

While working on support for dynamic forms for account registration I changed this code. From what I found avatar was set properly, but it's size was set to @0@, so it was not longer visible.

With recent changes it's size is recalculated as it should.

This changes will be part of a next build of Tigase iOS Messenger.
