Counting of unread messages per each chat is not something which will be added as people do not really want to know how many messages are unread but which chats have unread messages and this counter should reflect number of unread chats - not number of unread messages. |

As for marking unread chats, new versions which is alfatested internally has bold message text and bold contact name for unread chats. Current version has a ‘tick’ before message text for chats in which all messages are read. |
Describe the bug Message counter by the unread message is not visible. If you see the badge icon you see for example 10 unread messages. If you open the app you see the same counter in the menu below. But you don't know with channel the unread message belongs to.

Expected behaviour You want to have a message counter with the unread message by each channel.
