Calls usig siskin on iPad (#374)

I found a small issue while i am using Siskin IM. When i am using my account calling from my ipad(using siskin IM) to my account in macOS(beagleIM), if one of the account rejected or ended the video call/voice call, beagleIm can go back the original windows i called , but for ipad, siskinIM will be stop at the screen while i called(it more looks like the window frozen at that moment) until i tap the chat windows on the left side(red rectangle). However, if i used my iphone, it does not have such issue. Not sure it only happened to my ipad or we need to improve this? Thanks Qian

@qian.luo Do you use the same exact account on both devices?

OK, I know what happened here. Call view was presented as a "subview" instead being shown as a "popup" on a whole screen. That is something we/I should address in the next big version.

I've fixed this issue in version 7.3.3 (build 1) which is now being processed and should be soon available in TestFlight.
