Improve chats list context actions (#301)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 3 years ago Swipe context actions on chats list present always `Delete` label. We should use `Close` label for 1-1 chats and `Leave` label for channels. It would be good to present 2 options for channels `Leave` and `Destroy` when the user is the owner of the channel.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 3 years ago I've improved behaviour of the app.
