I've fixed the issue by checking users locale and according to that enabling and disabling CallKit integration and VoIP functionality as it requires CallKit. |

According to Apple CallKit cannot be used in China (and since newest version we use that for VoIP). Due to that we were rejected as Apple enforces developers to check users location to determine if framework can be used (instead of checking that in the framework).
Due to that we are forced to disable all VoIP for China users as it is not possible to have it without CallKit as right now CallKit is used and refactoring would take a lot of time.
