Add "social" links to the application (#217)

	wojciech.kapcia@tigase.net opened 4 years ago I think it could be interesting to add links to our MUC room and to our github in the application.
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 3 years ago I've added "links" to our social sites in a new view in settings called `Get in touch`. It may be open by tapping a link in the main settings view and is grouped with `About the app` view.
