Check behaviour of roster modification dialog (#19)

I've seen weird behaviour of roster modification dialog which lead to duplication of entries, but roster was fixed when account was disabled and enabled.

I found few issues related to item duplication during roster modification and missing features related to handling of presence subscription requests, etc.
