Convert source code to Swift 3 (#17)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 8 years ago New version of XCode requires update of Swift from used by us 2.2 to 3.0 (or 2.3). I think we should update source code to 3.0 directly and will do this in `master` branch, while `stable` branch will contain code for Swift 2.2
	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) commented 8 years ago Source code of library and client is updated to Swift 3 in `master` branch. Client compiles and works fine using Xcode 8 and iPhone simulator with iOS 9.3.5
