Convert source code to Swift 3 (#17)

New version of XCode requires update of Swift from used by us 2.2 to 3.0 (or 2.3).

I think we should update source code to 3.0 directly and will do this in master branch, while stable branch will contain code for Swift 2.2

Source code of library and client is updated to Swift 3 in master branch. Client compiles and works fine using Xcode 8 and iPhone simulator with iOS 9.3.5
