Create README.md file (#91)

Create a readme file according to our template.

The readme file already exist but it does not contain all the necessary information.

The Tigase logo in the License section is now showing.

Also, there should be a small Tigase logo under the picture at the beginning of the README. Maybe we could have some place where we store our logo file easily accessible for all projects? There should be also build image but I understand that for iOS projects we do not have builds on TC yet.

I've fixed the issue with the logo and added this small one on the top of the page. As for the TC builds, I'm not sure how we could create one on TC as iOS projects require macOS to build anything.

The readme file looks good now. Thank you for fixing.

As for the build, it is possible to do it on TC. We just need an 'Agent' which runs on MacOS. The Agent, then connects to our TC. TC coordinates builds selecting a correct and available agent to run particular build. There are guides on how to setup everything. I have a spare mac mini at home which can be used for this. I just do not have time to set it up right now.

If you want to play with it I can give you remote access to the mac or we can wait until next month when I hope to have time to set it up.

Let's wait with that mac mini. I think that we need to have README.md files ready and build.tigase.net gone before as those are more important.

I've created a new repository website-assets and I've put Tigase logo there, so we will be able to use it as a shared assets repository for website images.
