Change "close chat" shortcut from cmd+backspace to cmd+w (or just stick with [esc] which already works) (#648)

I'm constantly hitting the issue where CMD+backspace closes the chat window (because I didn't notice input field wasn't focused).

[esc] key already closes the chat so we can stay with that.

There was an old issue about it #507 and the conclussion was that Beagle follows what Messages.app does but... it doesn't do it nowaydas.

Shortcut was changed to CONTROL+SHIFT+W to follow "close window" shortcut action as it is similar but more impactful than ESC action as it not only stops displaying chat window, but it closes chat and removes it from the chat list.
