Currently if there is no network connection it's difficult to notice that:

1. contact chat still has last status (green) so sending messages are not send in the end (they got lost);
2. accounts in settings have yellow dot (maybe better some animation indicating active reconnect? pulsating?)

only when the reconnection fails then the (1) contact chat turns grey
