Sometimes there is an issue with account. It would be good to indicated that enabled account is having issues connecting. Telegram for example display "Connecting" banner.

Maybe a tiny popup on top of contact list with accounts with issues? Or in selected chat when trying to send message that account from which we try to send message is offline?

At the same time, disconnection detection should be improved (yet again beagle shows me online but I'm offline it seems)
