Option to select account to open a chat from if there is no contact in any of the rosters is making people confused. They expect it to filter this list of contacts with the account selected to limit number of results only to the particular roster.

To fix this issue we should filter contacts displayed when account field is visible and should display account name somewhere in the contact display field.
