Add XML console (#56)

For debugging purposes (even debugging server issues) it is nice to be able to look in the XML which is exchanged with the XMPP server. It would be nice to be able to open XML console for each account.

The feature is implemented and may be accessed on the next build of BeagleIM in the Window menu. As it is the advanced options, it will be visible only if Option/Alt key is pressed while opening the Window menu.
