Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. "I'm always frustrated when..." ?? I have applications that are open all the time and take up a slot in the dock, even if I rarely interact with them or rely on notifications to do so.

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option to the "Show system menu icon" to only show the system menu icon and hide the dock icon.

Describe alternatives you've considered Deal with the status quo. It's not terrible, just a nice quality of life improvement.
