Add advanced connectivity options for accounts (#456)

	Andrzej Wójcik (Tigase) opened 3 years ago To connect to some servers it is required to provide: hostname, port, and port type (SSL or PLAIN) disable TLSv1.3 (if not supported as in Openfire) We should allow providing those options to be able to connect to those servers.
