Improve drag'n'drop file sharing (#424)

It would be nice to improve file sharing

make it possible to drop file on item on chat list to share it directly
make it possible to drop the file on the whole chat window (instead of having to target input field), example:

Expanded drag&drop on the whole conversation view (header, log and mesage box excluding occupants list for MUC).
