It would be good to simplify onboarding:

1. Ask if enable "MAM" and automatic synchronization of the message at the first startup and use this decision for all accounts Or at least use some defaults and use them if MAM is enabled on the server-side, so that user would have MAM sync enabled if MAM is enabled on the server.
