Automatic scaling of images and videos is now enabled by default to reduce traffic. By default BeagleIM is using the same settings as SiskinIM.
If
OPTIONkey is being pressed while clicking on+button or dropping images/videos, BeagleIM will ask user about scaling of sent files. Selected value will be used just this one time for selected or dropped files.

We should downscale attached media files (images/videos) as in SiskinIM. It would be also good to improve progress notification, add support for drag and drop of multiple fils and support for pasting files.
